If you’ve suffered a power outage, please check the Ergon Energy website or look at your street to determine if it is a local outage before calling us. If the power outage is just within your household and it is safe to do so, please turn off the power at the switchboard if a current electrical risk exists (i.e. water leakage, sparks). From there, give us a call and I will come to you immediately to assist you. If you’re unsure of how to turn off the power at the switchboard, we can guide you over the phone.
